We are seeking a skilled Junior Matcha Specialist to manage high-volume workloads, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Job SummaryThis role involves working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teammates to maintain excellent service flow, and preparing and serving matcha, espresso, and seasonal drinks with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve beverages with attention to detail and consistency
- Share recommendations and product knowledge confidently
- Maintain and operate coffee equipment with pride and attention
- Support and mentor teammates with skills and expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or busy café operations
- Willingsness to learn in espresso calibration, matcha preparation, and equipment care
- Able to work well under pressure in a high-volume café environment
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team player mentality

You will work efficiently to manage a fast-paced workload, collaborate with the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will prepare and serve beverages with care and consistency, share recommendations and product knowledge, maintain and operate equipment, support and mentor teammates, keep the café clean and organized, make every customer feel welcome, heard, and taken care of, stay on top of inventory-restocking and checking dates, and work closely with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly during the rush.
