Matcha Barista Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Matcha Barista to join our team.


About the Role

As part of our founding team, you'll play a key role in crafting our tea offerings and shaping the experience we want every guest to have at our Teahouse. You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating warm & positive memorable customer experiences as a cashier
  • Sharing tea knowledge and recommending thoughtfully
  • Setting up, brewing, cleaning, and restocking daily operations
  • Preparing matcha-based & tea drinks and maintaining quality
  • Maintaining a clean, organized tea bar
  • Handling tools and equipment with care

Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is a passionate, reliable, and dependable team player who is warm, positive and sincere. You should take pride in everything you do and have attention to detail. You should be able to stay calm and focused under pressure and have good communication skills with both customers and teammates.
