Job Overview

A seasoned financial professional is sought to oversee daily financial operations, drive cost control and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster growth in a complex, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for management.
  • Partner with business units to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance:
  • Manage and optimize standard costing processes, BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis and inventory valuation.
  • Conduct product costing, margin analysis and manufacturing variance tracking (material, labour and overhead).
  • Collaborate with operations to analyze production costs, yields and throughput efficiency.
Controllership & Reporting:
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings, preparing financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Cash Flow & Working Capital:
  • Monitor daily cash positions, manage banking relationships and oversee liquidity planning.
  • Maintain effective working capital through inventory control, receivables management and payables oversight.
  • Oversee the AR & AP team, ensuring efficient invoice processing and payment cycles aligned with company policies.
Systems & Tools:
  • Maintain and enhance ERP systems for financial and manufacturing data integration.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies and regulatory requirements.
