Job Title: Senior Financial Professional">

The role of a Senior Financial Professional is to provide high-level financial management and oversight to our organization. This position requires the candidate to have approximately 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. They will also have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.">
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).">
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, such as GST, corporate tax, and annual filing with ACRA/IRAS.">
  • Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.">
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.">
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.">
  • Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.">
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.">
  • Partner with business units on finance-related matters and provide insights for decision-making.">

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA Singapore preferred.">
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an audit firm or commercial experience in Singapore.">
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, including SFRS, GST, and corporate tax.">
  • Proficient in accounting systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Xero, or equivalent, and MS Excel.">
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Meticulous with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.">
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.">
