Senior Financial Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the capacity of Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures to support business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of month-end and year-end close processes, as well as bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
  • Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries to maintain transparency and compliance.
  • Promote and enhance the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in General Ledger/GL accounting, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
