  • Assist countries in developing and maintaining their IT strategy roadmaps.
  • Conduct comprehensive capability assessments to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.
  • Organize and lead regional IT operational meetings, forums, councils, and committees.
  • Proactively gather, analyze, and report country-level IT data for Regional CIO updates.
  • Monitor critical projects, especially those flagged as Amber, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with country teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members, to provide updates on IT portfolio status.
  • Develop and manage an incident management framework and playbook in coordination with Regional and Head Office IT teams.
  • Lead incident resolution efforts and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
