We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Governance professional to support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an intermediary between business units and risk management, ensuring robust IT governance and risk management practices.
  • Support the design and enforcement of IT governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective IT management and compliance.
  • Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to protect the organization's information assets.
  • Support the alignment of IT strategies with business goals to contribute to the overall mission and objectives.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of IT governance practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external regulators to ensure IT governance aligns with organizational needs.
  • Review and update existing IT policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or ITIL are preferred.
