Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Support customers.
  • Provide recommendations on how new cloud solutions align with customers' strategic goals and architectures.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and present periodic performance reviews to customers.
  • Offer detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning.
  • Advocate for customers' requirements within our organization.
  • Participate in customer-requested meetings and provide expert support.
  • Collaborate with leading technologists worldwide.
  • Work closely with Amazon Web Service engineers to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Proficiency in operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple technical domains: GenAI, AI/ML, Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development in a distributed systems environment
