Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. This role involves working with cutting-edge cloud technologies to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation strategies and project plans.
  • Migrate data and applications to the cloud, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud features, updates, and related technologies.

Additional Responsibilities (Mid-Seniority Candidates):

  • Lead discovery workshops and architectural design sessions with complex clients.
  • Design and implement custom solutions leveraging cloud APIs and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and solution optimization.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for various user groups.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of cloud solutions.

Additional Responsibilities (Junior Candidates):

  • Assist senior consultants in data migration, configuration, and support tasks.
  • Learn and apply best practices for cloud implementation.
  • Support user training and documentation efforts.
  • Develop foundational knowledge in cloud technologies and explore use cases for automation.
  • Actively participate in client engagements, gaining hands-on experience.

Requirements:

  • For Junior Position: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates with a strong demonstrable interest and aptitude for cloud technologies and digital transformation are encouraged to apply.
  • For Mid-Seniority Position: 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, implementation, or support role, preferably with cloud productivity suites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud Administration: Hands-on experience with cloud administration, including security, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Automation Experience: Experience in automating business processes, implementing digital transformation initiatives, or working with low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Cloud Migration Experience: Technical experience with cloud migration, including data migration, application migration, and infrastructure migration.
  • Cloud Security Experience: Familiarity with cloud security, including access control, identity and access management, and data encryption.
  • Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, technology innovation, and organizational change management.
