Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and driving contract management work, attending meetings with clients and stakeholders, and preparing tender and contract documents.

You will also be expected to perform contract administration duties, maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and update and administer pre- and post-contract administration works. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments, and prepare ITT/ITQ contract documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive contract management work
  • Attend monthly client and stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Perform contract administration duties
  • Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and administer pre- and post-contract administration works
  • Assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments
  • Prepare ITT/ITQ contract documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveyor, or a related engineering discipline, and have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in managing contracts and projects. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong contract and project management skills.
