Senior Vice President, Technology Risk Management

Join Our Team in Technology Risk Management
We are seeking a dedicated Technology Risk Manager to become an integral part of our team at DBS Bank. In this pivotal role within the Risk Management Division, you will oversee technology and cybersecurity risks, ensuring the seamless and secure operation of our banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information and technology risk policies and standards
- Evaluate technology standards and guidelines
- Assess emerging trends and potential risks
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to execute risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate regular training sessions for staff on technology risks
- Enhance organizational awareness of regulatory obligations
- Prepare detailed reports for executive management
- Assist in budgeting and coordination with external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 12-15 years of pertinent professional experience
- Relevant security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Strong technical expertise and relevant knowledge
Technical Skills:
- Experience with technology platforms and systems within banking environments
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, SRE, and security practices
- Proficient in risk assessment and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
Interpersonal Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to voice concerns
- Experience within a financial institution or regulatory body
Collaborative Relationships:
- Support the Head of Unit and work closely with team members
- Establish relationships with technology management personnel
