Job Title: Architectural Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Executive to join our team. As an Architectural Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and technical aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Project Associate/Director on matters related to design, technical issues and building code compliance.
  • Assisting in executing the overall design and management strategy within the project team, maintaining the project quality plan file (ISO 9002).
  • Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to meet established objectives, maintaining regular interfacing and monitoring progress.
  • Chairing client/consultants meetings and technical coordination meetings as required.
  • Assisting in conceptual and detail design development, CAD or manual drafting of sketch drawings, and understanding/applying building regulations.
  • Directing the Technical Officer on compliance with planning and building regulations, preparation and submission of forms, plans and information required by authorities for approval & TOP/CSC.
  • Liaising with consultants on design and technical coordination issues and building regulations.
  • Conducting site inspections for design and technical coordination issues and building regulations.
  • Directing architectural coordinators in coordinating, organizing and preparing construction documents and drawings.
  • Preparing drafts of material specifications and schedules of finishes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9002 standards.
