Part-Time Administrative Executive Position Available

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time position for our PINK ORCHARD PTE. LTD. team as an Administrative Executive.

About the Role

This flexible 2-5 day per week job involves managing and maintaining the daily operations of our online stores, including order processing, quality control, and inventory management. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing management reports, managing social media accounts, and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update online store(s) efficiently
  • Process and fulfill online orders promptly
  • Conduct quality checks on stocks to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and maintain showroom display, store supplies, and office materials
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports on time
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts effectively
  • Provide operational support to the team as required
Requirements
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
  • Meticulous and organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporean or PR status preferred
  • Part-time tertiary students welcome to apply
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary estimated at SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
