Job Title: Head of Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Home at PERTAPIS Centre for Women & Girls.

Job Summary

The Head of Home will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the Centre, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents and staff. This includes managing the Centre's environment, crafting and reviewing Standard Operations Procedures, and working closely with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Centre's operations, including staff supervision and resident care.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operations Procedures to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Review and manage the Centre's budget, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to internal and external parties.
  • Oversee the smooth running of operations and facilities in the Centre.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent qualification/relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to perform morning and afternoon shift duties.
  • Knowledge of basic IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Work Schedule

5 days a week.
