About the Role:
The Guest Relations Executive is a key member of our Front Office Team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires a high level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, responding to requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations on hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Work closely with the Duty Manager to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel's service standards are consistently exceeded.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
- One year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Opera System is an asset.

Schedule & Hours:
This role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
