Technical Infra Program Manager, Data Center Delivery

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infra Program Manager to join our team in Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore). As a Technical Infra Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple programs that support growth initiatives and ensuring that projects are completed independently, with occasional direction.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage remote project delivery teams and possess the ability to facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues and remove barriers to project success.
- You will operate in cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders and customers across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
- You will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and possess at least 3 years of experience in project management of technical initiatives and strategic program management.
A Day in the Life
- You will interact with customers, partners, and suppliers to understand our business goals and priorities and execute rapidly, delivering high-quality results.
- You will be familiar with a variety of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.
- You will exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management, reporting, and metric development and tracking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience in the management of difficult cross-functional technology infrastructure projects (e.g., IT, telecom, energy) with varying degrees of ambiguity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree or advanced professional degree
- One or more of the following certifications: Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP
- Understanding of cloud computing and data center market and service providers
- Data Centre construction experience and Data Centre Infrastructure (Power & Cooling) experience
