Strategic Deal Manager

Forcepoint is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Deal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales teams to understand market dynamics and identify key opportunities for growth
- Review and analyze deals of various sizes, providing recommendations to improve pricing and commercial terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deals are structured to maximize opportunity and minimize risk
- Manage complex deals through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment and awareness among stakeholders
- Develop and implement tools to drive better decision-making and process improvement
- Work closely with regional sales leadership to control pricing and optimize sales efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sales operations, pricing, or deal desk
- Experience in the Cyber Security industry, with a focus on APAC markets and SaaS/Subscriptions/Software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to stakeholders
- Experience with negotiation frameworks and a passion for building relationships
