Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving student recruitment and providing expert advice on educational programs.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Student Recruitment: Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities to prospective students. Tailor recommendations to individual student needs and goals, helping them choose the best program for their future.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address queries and encourage enrollment.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute our recruitment strategies and plans to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze market trends and develop effective recruitment tactics.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and open days. Represent our organization and present educational programs to attract potential students.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall institutional goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, educational consulting, or a similar role, with a focus on student recruitment and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate prospective students.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, especially international education systems, is a plus.
