We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead our e-commerce marketplace and merchant integration products' technical strategy, focusing on crypto payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for e-commerce marketplace and merchant integration products, emphasizing crypto payment integration.
  • Lead the selection and customization of the e-commerce platform to create a seamless marketplace experience within the app.
  • Oversee the development of merchant APIs, POS systems, and admin/developer/customer portals for secure and efficient crypto payment processing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers across e-commerce and merchant projects, fostering collaboration and expertise growth.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to align technical requirements with platform objectives.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of smart contract-based backend systems and payment flows.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, 3+ years in a tech lead or senior engineering role.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce marketplace development and crypto payment integration.
  • Expertise in full-stack development and modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, Solidity).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and crypto wallets.
  • Experience leading distributed teams in e-commerce or fintech environments.
