Job Description

This role is part of a Big Fiat Team, responsible for building payment infrastructure across Asia-Pacific (APAC).

You'll bridge traditional finance with crypto-native experiences, helping to shape the future of fiat-crypto payments and financial accessibility.

  • Identify and onboard Payment Service Providers, banks, card acquirers, and Alternative Payment Methods across APAC
  • Lead full partner lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, contracts, integration
  • Optimize conversion rates, reduce transaction friction, and improve local currency settlement
Business Innovation
  • Research regional fintech trends and emerging models (e.g., Central Bank Digital Currencies, real-time payments)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and compliance on pilots and new flows
  • Launch go-to-market strategies for blended fiat-crypto payment systems
  • Analyze how crypto integrates into traditional fiat systems
  • Monitor regulation, competitive landscape, and ecosystem developments across APAC
  • Inform long-term payments roadmap
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher (Finance, Business, or Law preferred)
  • Experience: 10+ years total; 3+ in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border business development
  • Deep understanding of PSPs, card schemes, and payment networks in APAC
  • Fluent English required; multilingual skills are a plus
  • Proven record in scaling payment partnerships from 0 to operational scale
  • Execution-focused, strategic thinker, strong cross-team communicator
