We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team as a Lead Tender Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality work
  • Manage and maintain records of tender submissions, including deadlines, status updates, and communication with clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of tender processes
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve tender submission quality and timeliness
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the tender process
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the construction sector
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
