As a seasoned system administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's computer systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and common infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and system management tools
  • Laptop/Desktop/Printer/Phone/Scanner/Corporate software setup for users
  • Windows OS/AD/Office 365 local administration & file server management
  • Handle user registration process for all group companies
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting (both LAN and WiFi)
  • User support as part of helpdesk & provide 1st and 2nd level support

  • Maintain hardware and software inventory and keep it updated
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of infrastructure availability to users

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or a related subject
  • 1-2 years experience in Installing/configuring/troubleshooting Windows based environments, Network administration and fine tuning
  • Familiar with Office365
  • With CCNA is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
