Sales Strategic Planning Team Lead

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize processes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, analytics)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in a consulting environment or corporate strategy/operations team
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
