The Role

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support our South Korea operations based in Singapore. In this role, you will provide essential financial insights by analyzing data, forecasting performance, and contributing to business planning specific to the South Korea market.

  • Budgeting and Reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets, track key financial metrics, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to collate and analyze budget and forecast data.
  • Prepare monthly management presentations and reports for local and HQ reporting packages.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Requirements
  • Possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and BI tools.
  • Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate and present reports and ideas effectively.
  • Strong team player who thrives on excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum depending on experience.
