Job Title

Contracts Administrator (Trading / Oil Products)

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling trading contracts and providing support to operations.

  • Draft and review sale and purchase contracts
  • Submit contracts and relevant documents for approval
  • Liaise with traders for contract details
  • Negotiate and confirm trading contract terms with counterparties
  • Support operations on any contract matter
  • Send contracts/counters and follow up with counterparties; maintain trading contract files and documents
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree with at least 2 years of commodities trading contract experience
  • Experience in drafting contracts
  • Good knowledge of international trading terms
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
