Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trade Support Specialist to join our team. As a Trade Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our trading operations by preparing commodity sale and purchase contracts in consultation with our Trading Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare trade documents, including sales and purchase contracts, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and buyers to finalize contract details and ensure smooth execution of trades.
  • Monitor and follow up on all trade-related contracts to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with our back office and operational staff to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in trade support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of trade finance and documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
