Liaison Executive

The role of a Liaison Executive is crucial in managing customer relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the relevant departments, and coordinating internal workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions and building long-term relationships through actionable insights based on customer feedback.
- Assisting with onboarding and educating customers on our process and capabilities.
- Handling complaints or feedback and taking ownership to resolve issues promptly.
- Translating customer needs into actionable steps for teams and following up on orders or service requests to ensure satisfactory delivery.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent team player with analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management for handling multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Aviation or MRO industry.
