Director of Operations Management

At AIA, we are committed to creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations Management to lead our healthcare strategy at the Group level.
- Develop and execute business, clinical, and operational best practices within AIA owned provision business.
- Support the development of AIA's ProvCo and drive vertical integration and synergies under the Integrated Healthcare Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-site healthcare operations, including specialist and GP clinics. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare Portfolio Development: Assess opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand service offerings.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) for ProvCo: Develop the provision business target operating model and lead the post-completion integration of the provision business.
- Business Synergy and Vertical Integration with AIA Insurance Business: Develop vertical integration strategies in collaboration with respective Local Business Units.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations.
- Bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Business Administration or MBBS is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of private healthcare, ideally across more than one market.
