Job Responsibilities:

As an Admin and Accounts Executive at ALAMANDA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

 

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Data entry into Microsoft Business Central Accounting System
  • Invoicing and DO matching
  • Picking list management
  • Monitoring daily purchase orders from our client's portal
  • Preparing and issuing daily sales invoices for our sales department
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process payments and handle customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales department to prepare and issue invoices
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Strong background in accounting and administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work on Saturday
