Data Entry Clerk with Customer Focus

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk with Customer Focus to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for managing data, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify data in databases and information systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Manage VIP and selected call lists, including regular updates and CRM system synchronization.
• Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and implement new procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Share Point, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
