About UsWe've been established over a hundred years ago and have developed flavors and fragrances for some of the world's most successful manufacturers. Our core technology, asymmetric synthesis, enables us to produce unique aroma ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Responsibilities- Manage, design, and implement consumer, product, and market research studies for product innovation and proactive category research.
- Partner with Beverage marketing, category leaders, and R&D Creation & Application team for Proactive and Reactive activities.
- Develop strategic and relevant CSI approaches for reactive brief proposals to all Beverage key clients.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in leading sensory-trained panels and interacting with market agencies with questionnaire design. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be well-versed in Qualitative and Quantitative CSI research methods.
