At TDCX, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Media & Community Manager.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our social media strategy and community engagement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful relationships with our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our social media efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis, content creation, and platform management will enable us to make informed decisions and optimize our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
