We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the RoleThe Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement programs, building relationships with residents and community groups, and promoting healthy lifestyles and social connections. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community engagement programs that promote healthy lifestyles and social connections
- Build relationships with residents and community groups to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- 2-3 years of experience in social care, aged care, or community engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
