Leading a complex project requires exceptional leadership skills. We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the delivery of our railway communication solutions for Singapore's LTA MRT/LRT stations.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in railway communication systems, project management, and stakeholder engagement. He/She must have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact projects within the rail transportation sector, particularly in Singapore rail environments.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on railway communication systems, including train-to-ground communication, CCTV, public address systems, PABX, Information Display Systems, and fibre-optic networks.
  • Ensure compliance with LTA standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for LTA, MRT/LRT operators, and other key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular project updates and reports.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans, and leading crisis management efforts as needed. Additionally, he/she will develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of communication systems.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our team to deliver high-quality results. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, and 15+ years of working experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications.
  • 15+ years of working experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep working knowledge of railway communication systems and technologies, particularly in the context of urban rail networks.
  • Proven experience working with Singapore's LTA and MRT/LRT operators is a must.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
