Job Title: Senior Support and Care Manager

In today's complex landscape, our organization requires a dedicated professional to manage critical incidents with care and sensitivity. The Senior Support and Care Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that emergency interventions are well-coordinated, and timely management of cases is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage critical incidents within a team to ensure that emergency interventions provided to students and employees are well-coordinated.
2. Develop and implement specialised case management and safety plans to ensure timely management of cases and quick resolution.
3. Coordinate follow-up care and support with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
4. Capture and maintain care and support information, data, and records for analysis and reporting.
5. Monitor support and care channels and respond promptly to queries.

Requirements:

  • Minimally a bachelor's degree in any related field, preferably in psychology, counselling, or social work.
  • Fluent with data collection and management. Knowledge of analytic methods, approaches, tools, and implementation will be advantageous.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and technological tools and information systems relevant in a university setting.
