- Other- Develop a NH Development Action Plan (NDAP) that takes reference from the NH Development Strategy Map (NDSM), and aligns the various AIC divisions’ workplans and initiatives for the NH sector, as well as outlines the implementation steps needed for the NDSM
- Oversee the conduct of a study on oral health in nursing homes, in collaboration with NUS Faculty of Dentistry (FOD), with a view to gathering relevant insights to inform MOH and AIC in terms of policy-making and service development for the NH sector
- Develop an AIC Palliative Care Strategy (APaC) and AIC Palliative Care Action Plan (APAP) that takes reference from the National Strategy of Palliative Care (NSPC)
- Drive the review of the Generalist Palliative Care framework, in collaboration with AIC Divisions and sector stakeholders to distil the current gaps and challenges faced
- Partner service providers, MOH and AIC divisions to conceptualise a Generalist Palliative Care model to meet existing and emerging needs of seniors in the community, as well as develop a proof-of-concept pilot programme, work on key implementation drivers (operationally, capability related, financial/non-financial drivers etc.) needed for a successful pilot
- Drive the development of the funding proposal paper to funder to secure resources to meet the objectives and outcomes of the model of care to be implemented
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree with at least 10 years with 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Possess strong organization skills and effective project management skills
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills and is meticulous
- Strategic, agile, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, persistent, patient, ability to grasp and appreciate complexity
