**Job Opportunity:**

A seasoned sales leader is sought to drive complex enterprise deals and champion digital transformation across the public sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mind, with the ability to hunt, shape, and close multi-million-dollar contracts.

Key responsibilities include developing new government accounts, identifying strategic growth opportunities aligned with national digitalisation goals, owning the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise IT services, leading with insight to influence senior government stakeholders, and delivering on high-value contracts.

The successful candidate will be a proven sales hunter with a strategic mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and political landscapes, and possessing a well-established network of key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Develop new government accounts and identify strategic growth opportunities aligned with national digitalisation goals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise IT services, working closely with internal teams to shape solutions tailored to agency needs.
  • Lead with insight, influencing senior government stakeholders and presenting business cases for technology adoption and service modernisation.
  • Deliver on high-value contracts (typically $10M and above), managing deal structure, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Maintain an accurate, forward-looking pipeline and sales forecast, aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Stay sharp by tracking policy changes, market shifts, and emerging technologies affecting the public sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min 15 years of successful enterprise sales experience, including significant wins in public sector technology sales.
  • Proven Sales hunter with strategic mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and political landscapes and possesses a well-established network of key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and delivering actionable market insights.
