Key Executive for M&E Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced M&E professional to lead our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all M&E works are performed on time, in compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the M&E team to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters or challenges.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Ensure timely submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
  5. Oversee and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  6. Monitor and report M&E progress or problems to headquarters.
  7. Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
  8. Review consultant technical specifications, drawings, schematics, and design intent to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  9. Manage and coordinate M&E activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities associated with M&E operations.
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least a degree holder.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Main Contractor or Subcontractor.
