Lead M&E Engineer: A Strategic Role in Project Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of mechanical and electrical engineers, driving the design and engineering activities for construction projects. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems, collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination with overall project design.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and presenting technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting our unique value proposition
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems, maintaining a high level of quality and safety
  • Managing and monitoring project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in managing and leading teams
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction or design industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals
