Job Description:

As a skilled project scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and maintain integrated schedules, utilizing Primavera P6 to manage complex project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement master schedules for pre-tender, tender, and contract programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain an integrated schedule of drawings, procurement, construction, testing & trials, and logistics plan using Primavera P6.
  • Identify discrepancies and delays, providing recovery schedules to the project manager.
  • Assist with the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims, including presentations to clients.
  • Prepare progress reports and audits, including S-curves, progress trackers, and programming health checks.
  • Provide advice on post-contract claims, reviews, disputes, and litigation related to programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or field is also essential. In addition, you must hold a Primavera P6 certification and possess good team player skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
