Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at 1FSS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial matters related to Payroll, including pre-payroll, payroll, and post-payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage government claims and employee details
  • Process payroll, CPF, and payroll payments
  • Provision for bonus, month-end/year-end closing, and submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E
  • Regular review of compliance to statutory requirements
  • Support team development and ensure smooth day-to-day Payroll operations
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents
  • Act as contact point for institutional Finance and HR staff
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience with at least 2 years of supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a high transactional volume environment
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system and/or shared service payroll experience
