We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at 1FSS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial matters related to Payroll, including pre-payroll, payroll, and post-payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage government claims and employee details
- Process payroll, CPF, and payroll payments
- Provision for bonus, month-end/year-end closing, and submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E
- Regular review of compliance to statutory requirements
- Support team development and ensure smooth day-to-day Payroll operations
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents
- Act as contact point for institutional Finance and HR staff
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience with at least 2 years of supervisory role
- Ability to work in a high transactional volume environment
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with SAP system and/or shared service payroll experience
Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are highly valued in this role. If you have a strong ability to work independently, tax knowledge, and experience with HRIS, you will be a strong fit for this position.
