We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our team in Singapore. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to prepare presentation materials for clients
- Participate in client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities
- Assist clients with raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
- Support origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
- Assist in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups
- Assist senior bankers in all aspects of M&A / Corporate Finance transactions, from creating pitch books and marketing materials to conducting in-depth financial analysis
- Train and mentor junior bankers as they develop core investment banking skill sets
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law or other relevant area
- Superior financial analysis / financial modelling skills (DCF)
- Detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Preferably a candidate should have some years of relevant experience in investment banking, valuation, M&A or Corporate Finance experience
- If applicable, experience working at the Associate level within an established investment bank
- Ability to train and develop Analysts
- Excellent in communication and proficient in English; Ability to interact with C-Level Executives
