Regional E-commerce Strategist

As a key member of our team at L'OREAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for driving e-commerce success within the SAPMENA region.
REGIONAL E-COMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGY
• Develop and execute regional plans to increase online sales, expand market share, and elevate brand visibility.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify unique growth opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the national e-commerce team to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives while addressing regional nuances.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to develop omnichannel strategies that drive online sales and integrate with brick-and-mortar efforts.
REGIONAL NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH ACTIVATION
• Spearhead digital launch campaigns for new products within the region, ensuring impactful visibility, strong engagement, and successful market penetration.
• Adapt national launch campaigns to resonate with regional customer profiles and preferences.
• Analyze regional performance data and consumer insights to optimize launch campaigns.
REGIONAL TRANSACTIONAL MEDIA EXPERTISE
• Manage and optimize regional media campaigns, maximizing ROI and driving sales and e-commerce market share growth.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the regional e-shopper to create targeted and effective media campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to refine and improve strategies.
This role requires a data-driven and creative individual with a strong understanding of the regional e-commerce landscape, who can effectively tailor strategies to drive exceptional results.
