**Job Title:** Keyholder Assistant Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

This position contributes to the achievement of store profitability and key performance indicators by effectively performing leadership duties, providing customer service aligned with our core values, and working as part of the store leadership team to accomplish operational excellence.

The Keyholder Assistant Store Supervisor serves as a coach and mentor to other teammates within sales and stock. This role also serves as the go-to leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager role and is responsible for opening and closing stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model UA service culture and customer expectations
  • Evaluate guests' needs to offer personalized and efficient solutions for purchases and returns, while providing support
  • Responsible for keeping the store key, opening and closing the store according to Standard Operating procedures
  • Complete operational and cash processes
  • Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent guest experience, assist with store operations, and achieve store goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, ideally with leading sportswear brands or fast fashion brands
  • Skilled in guiding teams and fostering collaborative environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stock room, risk management, and safety
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
