Job Title: Cloud Engineer

We are currently looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

  • To provide helpdesk support for the project
  • To perform infrastructure and application technical duties
  • To provide project admin support to project team
Responsibilities:

1) To provide helpdesk support and application testing service for the project:
- man the project mailbox
- response/provide advice to users for incident/SR/CR raised by performing business analysis of application functionality (without source codes)
- ensure all incident/SR/CR are tracked and closed within SLA
- liaise with subcontractor (via JIRA) to ensure issue is resolved
- testing of bug fixes in test environment
- compile daily/weekly/monthly statistics for reporting

2) To perform infrastructure/application technical duties:- AWS, network or application troubleshooting- Deployment of applications (about 1-2 times a month from 5pm – 9pm)

3) Provide project admin support such as- Compilation of monthly progress report- Facilitate the compilation of Weekly Log Review
