Job Title: Scalable Infrastructure Architect

This is a unique opportunity to design and build high-availability infrastructure for a MEV Powered Liquid Staking platform. As the first DevOps hire, you will have a significant impact on shaping the company's infrastructure, processes, and culture.

Job Description:
Our team is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer with expertise in bare-metal infrastructure, cloud administration, and container technologies. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing secure, scalable infrastructure to support our liquid staking platform. This includes designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, alerting systems, and incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement scalable, high-availability infrastructure for our liquid staking platform.
2. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, alerting systems, and incident response processes.
3. Oversee bare-metal and cloud-based infrastructure, balancing performance, cost, and security for decentralized systems and blockchain nodes.
4. Implement strong security measures, including access controls (SSO, 2FA, VPNs), endpoint protection, and intrusion detection across cloud and physical servers.
5. Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and blockchain node operations.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with proficiency in at least one backend development language.
2. Demonstrated ability to design and maintain scalable, high-availability infrastructure.
3. Hands-on experience with bare-metal infrastructure—planning, provisioning, and managing physical servers.
4. Strong expertise in cloud administration (e.g., AWS).
5. Security-focused mindset with experience in access controls, endpoint security, intrusion detection, and attack vector monitoring.
6. Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, alerting systems, and incident management workflows.
7. Extensive experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux system administration (monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization).
8. Familiarity with blockchain nodes and decentralized infrastructure.

Nice to Haves:
1. Experience operating validator nodes at scale within a blockchain ecosystem.
2. Expertise in networking stack optimizations for high-throughput transactions.
3. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
