Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role that will enable us to build and maintain a scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration between our applications and the cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Implement security controls and best practices to protect our data and applications
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to ensure optimal utilization of resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Ability to write efficient and scalable code in languages such as Python, Java, or Go
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Requirements

If you have experience with:

  • Service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
  • Serverless computing frameworks such as AWS Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions
  • DevOps tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD

you will be at an advantage in this role.
