Job Description:

Compliance Administrator/Resourcer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator/Resourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Develop and maintain the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect references and documentation for potential candidates and monitor compliance.
  • Assist with resourcing candidates from databases and job boards for live contract jobs.
  • Write job adverts and post on social media platforms.
  • Internal dataset administration and projects using RDB Pronet.
  • Spreadsheets management.
  • Expense and commission reports for internal employees.
  • Manage timesheets and payroll for supply workers in schools.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or incidents.
  • Maintain records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training logs.
  • Prepare regular KPI reports and ad hoc data projects for senior management.
  • Monitor right to work eligibility and DBS certificates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
