Job Title: Trade Compliance Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to handle commercial shipping, local customs, and import/export requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination and administrative support for commercial companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Customs and Trade Compliance: Handle basic customs and trade compliance documentations for importing and exporting goods, including invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Daily Logistics Coordination: Coordinate local and international shipments, ensuring accurate scheduling and tracking.
- CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION: Prepare and submit basic customs documents.
- Trade Regulations: Ensure compliance with trade regulations by preparing required documentation for importing and exporting goods.
- Operational Issues: Resolve operational issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoice and billing for local sales partners, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the warehouse management system.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience: Good experience in logistics coordination and administrative support for commercial companies.
- Skill: Exposure to warehouse management system or similar software.
