Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  1. To assist patients with daily living activities, such as hygiene and oral feeding.
  2. To help lift, move, and transport patients safely and efficiently.
  3. To ensure patient safety and provide social-emotional support through engaging activities.
  4. To maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment that promotes patient well-being.
  5. To follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.

Requirements:

  • No prior patient care experience is necessary.
  • Minimum qualifications: PSLE or WPLN.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess the ability to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
